This barrel sleeper wooden tower is a real performance of engineering. The building mostly required the ability to abstract from cleaning the barrels while cleaning the barrels. When we’re not cleaning the barrels, the winery workers are playing an exciting game of “jenga” with the sleepers – we’ve pulled out as many elements as we could without the tower collapsing!
Of course, barrels aren’t just here for fun. At Borbora Borház, we believe that a clean barrel is the best basis for fine wine. And if it’s cleaning, why not have a little fun?
