Ageing in bottles has started at all of our wine lots. The only thing to do left is tasting, whether they are ready to show. But I can let you now, that one of them caused already a surprise to me and we do not have to wait for long with that.
There are lots of room standby for the next harvest in the tanks and the barrels, when our oenologist plan to try newer wine making processes at us. Maybe, will he also post about it here? Look out!
