Dear guests!
The purpose of our house rules is to ensure that our Guests receive adequate information about the use of the Borbora Winehouse accommodation (Borbora Winehouse Villa) and can rest peacefully.
Only those Guests may stay in Borbora Winehouse Villa who accept and abide by the House Rules for themselves and their relatives, as well as take responsibility for any damage caused by non-compliance with the House Rules. The House Rules apply to all Guests staying at Borbora Winehouse Villa.
1. Taking responsibility
The Guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Borbora Winehouse Villa or violations of the House Rules.
The person responsible for the damage or his legal representative must compensate for the damage caused in the accommodation area.
We are not responsible for personal items brought into the accommodation area – including its surroundings. The Guests are obliged to take care of heir personal belongings and valuables. Equipment belonging to Borbora Winehouse must not be taken from its premises, even temporarily.
In the Borbora Winehouse, its accommodation and yard, there are several areas and equipment that can be dangerous if used improperly – everyone can use them only at their own risk (garden chairs and tables, stairs, etc.).
2. Complaint
If any problems arise during your stay regarding the accommodation, please notify the accommodation representative immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints! The 24-hour contact details of the accommodation representatives are: Kitti Somogyi: +3630/858-6740, Zoltán Csapó: +3630/914-1675.
3. Emergency
In case of fire, start rescue immediately and call the fire brigade at 105, then notify the accommodation representative immediately!
4. Arrival and departure
The Guests can move into Borbora Winehouse Villa from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and it is available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon arrival, the representative of the accommodation will personally hand over the key, introduce the accommodation and ask the Guests to comply with the House Rules.
The accommodation can be used by the number of Guests listed in the order. In the order, children are treated as guests on an equal footing with adults when determining the number of guests. The accommodation provider has the right – without prior notice – to check whether the paid number of Guests are staying at the accommodation.
the accommodation, after consultation with the representative of the accommodation, the Guests can receive visitors, but only in the common rooms. Visitors who stay beyond the agreed time will be charged the current accommodation fee.
Upon arrival, the Guest receives the key to the front door of the accommodation, which must be returned personally to the representative of the accommodation upon final departure, who then checks the availability and integrity of the equipment provided at the accommodation. Please inform the representative of the accommodation in advance of the expected date of this on the latest day before that. In case of loss of the key, the Guest is obliged to reimburse its price and the cost of changing the lock.
When leaving temporarily and for the night, please lock the entrance door of the building with a key after pulling the handle, turn off the water and electricity, and close the terrace door from the inside and close the windows. Keep the spalettes open.
5. Pet
In order to comply with the hygiene regulations of the winery and the accommodation, no pets may be brought to the Borbora Winehouse or its accommodation. Temporarily (for a few hours), the dogs of visitors coming to the Borbora Winery must be kept on a leash outside the building during their stay.
6. Parking
You can park 2 cars in the parking lot on the upper part of the road around Borbora Winehouse. If you have arrived with more than one car, we ask that, if necessary, they ensure the free passage of vehicles that occasionally arrive at the cellar of the wine house.
7. TV and Wi-Fi
In the Borbora Winehouse, you can use the STBs of the DIGI service provider to watch TV programs on the TVs located in the dining room and in the large upstairs bedroom.
On the ground floor, a high-speed and unlimited internet connection can be established using Wi-Fi, by entering the guest code pasted in the kitchen.
8. Listening to music and having parties
The Borbora Winehouse is located outside, in the Balaton-Felvidéki National Park, where one of the greatest values is the silence of the area, especially in the evening and night hours. Thus, in order to ensure the peaceful rest of the neighbors and the undisturbed wildlife of the area, we ask that you maintain silence.
9. Smoking and fire protection
It is forbidden to light open flames (e.g. candles, wicks, etc.), smoke, or use incense in the Borbora Winehouse and its accommodation! It is forbidden to light anything or put garbage (e.g. cigarette butts) in the oven in the Dining Room!
In the garden around the house, smoking is allowed in a civilized manner, using an ashtray.
It is forbidden to bring any kind of flammable material or device into the accommodation.
Fires and barbecues are prohibited in the vicinity of the building! The kitchen of Borbora Winehouse Villa is equipped with the most modern kitchen appliances, which meets all the needs that may be needed when heating or preparing food.
The property does not have an iron or ironing board. The use of such devices brought by the guest is also prohibited.
10. Use of equipment items
Please use the furnishings as intended. Please do not take decorative items from their place.
Please do not take indoor furnishings and household items (tables, chairs, beds, bed linen, mattresses, etc.) into the garden.
If the furniture and fixtures are moved during your stay, please put them back when you leave.
At the accommodation, we provide the necessary tools for daily needs: coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking utensils, hand towels, sweeper, and shovel, mopping kit, kitchen towels, soap, shower gel, hair shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper. For stays longer than one week, we change bed linen and towels weekly. Less frequently used tools are not necessarily insured, such as umbrellas, shoe care tools, sewing kit, iron, ironing stand.
11. Cleanliness and cleaning
Upon arrival, the Borbora Winehouse Villa accommodation welcomes guests in a clean, tidy condition. Please strive to maintain cleanliness. If necessary, there is a coastal, shovel and mop set next to the bathroom on the ground floor. Extra costs may be charged for situations requiring extreme cleaning.
The accommodation fee includes utility bills and other overhead costs, bed linen with cover, and final cleaning. For stays longer than one week: free cleaning with change of bed linen and towels can be requested once a week.
In order to maintain cleanliness, please use flip flops or slippers in the accommodation, especially in the upper part where the bedrooms are.
12. Meals and use of the kitchen
For meals, please use the kitchen table or the outdoor table.
Please do not bring any food or drink to the upper floor – with the exception of clean drinking water – in order to keep it clean and preserve its texture.
Do not put metal objects in the microwave oven.
When using the refrigerator, make sure that both door wings are closed properly, because they do not close independently. Before leaving, please remove perishable food from the refrigerator.
The dishwasher’s short user manual can be found on the machine’s door. The 3-in-1 tablets and other cleaning agents needed for washing dishes are in the drawer under the hand sink. We recommend using the machine’s Normal program, which is suitable for almost all washing needs.
Please switch off the oven built in the kitchen cabinet after each use, because it does not turn off automatically in the case of certain programs!
13. Garbage disposal
Household waste can be collected in the kitchen and bathroom bins. If these become full during your stay, please seal the bags with tape and place them in the large bin in the basement. Another garbage bag can be found in the kitchen, in the drawer under the hand sink.
14. Infrastructure
The Borbora Winehouse has heat pump heating and air conditioning equipment, the temperature of each room is preset. If it is necessary to change the temperature setting of one of the rooms, please request it from the accommodation representative. For the system to function properly, it is worth keeping the doors and windows of the building closed at all times after a short period of ventilation.
The Borbora Winehouse is supplied with drinking water quality by its own well. In order to ensure a continuous supply of water, we ask everyone to be frugal. Car washing is prohibited.
Borbora Winehouse’s electrical energy supply is primarily provided by renewable energy produced by the solar park, so we ask everyone to use it sparingly. Charging an electric car is dangerous and prohibited.
15. Cellar
Our guests cannot use the wine production area in the cellar of the house. The washing machine is accessible to our guests on the basement level, if necessary. The operating instructions can be found next to the washing machine.
Occasionally, we hold wine shows in the cellar when the participants arrive at the cellar door but cannot access the accommodation’s ground floor and upstairs rooms. Of course, we are also happy to see our guests for a free wine tasting. Please make an appointment for this in advance via the contact information indicated on our website ( www.borbora.hu ).
16. Garden
We take care of the garden around the building. Please take care of the health of the plants.
In sunny weather, the panels of the solar park behind the building can be hot. Please do not touch them.
The garden is not fenced, so pay special attention to your children so that they do not wander off or climb up to the solar panels.
17. Broken or damaged items
If any equipment breaks or breaks down during your stay, please notify the accommodation representative immediately so that we can replace it as soon as possible or take care of the repair.
As in all households, in the Borbora Winehouse Villa, it may happen that something breaks down or breaks down through no fault of the Guests. If you notice any abnormalities, please notify the accommodation representative immediately in order to prevent possible serious damage.
If any damage to the building or its equipment is caused by the fault of the Guest, the cost of repair or replacement must be paid by the Guest. In such cases, the Minor Guest is represented by his or her adult supervisor on site.
18. Other provisions
We reserve the right to select our guests.
Disrespectful and uncivilized behavior, disturbing the peace of others and the rest of the community, behavior that violates public morals, loudness, continuous littering will result in immediate banning from Borbora Winehouse Villa. Anyone who continues the damage-causing activity even after the warning is obliged to leave immediately after the assessment and payment of the damage caused!
In any case, theft or intentional damage will result in a police report.
Please do not accept unannounced visitors or allow strangers to enter the accommodation.
The Borbora Winehouse cannot assume responsibility for damages resulting from events that are not its own fault (e.g. natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
Thank you for reading and respecting the House Rules of the Borbora Winehouse accommodation. By using the accommodation, the Guest acknowledges and accepts the General Terms and Conditions and the House Rules.
